The staff at the hotel were super nice, always ready to help and the location's top-notch - we were in the heart of Times Square! Also, our room was so peaceful, I slept like a baby every night without any noise bothering me. The only slightly bummer was that the breakfast plates were plastic and had limited options, not the most eco-friendly setup, but overall, I'd totally go back there. 👍

The hotel is a smart and comfortable gem next to Times Square, with cozy rooms and a rooftop bar serving great food and drinks. The breakfast buffet, though basic, is convenient, and the staff are generally friendly. Just watch out for the occasional rude encounter and minor maintenance issues.

The hotel is fairly clean, cool and has stunning location close to everything. The breakfast is luxurious, I loved pastries, bacon and scrambled eggs.

We liked our 5 nights here. The venue was set in the central position not far from a Starbucks, subway entrances, Rockefeller, MOMA, theatres, Times Square, the center. Also, the hotel had quick access to Times Square. Our stay there was enjoyable: D

They once helped me retrieve forgotten belongings. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and pet-friendly. I'm coming back for Easter.

The staff was customer-focused and we loved continental breakfast. Deluxe king room was with central heating, pay TV and a mini fridge bar. The location of the hotel was central, near Times Square, many hotspots which a reachable on foot and Rockefeller center.

I stayed here 2 nights and I appreciated it. Polite staff and immaculate room. There were gorgeous pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast.

The rooms at Sanctuary Hotel are like a cozy oasis in the middle of the city. The European linens and cushy duvets make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. The modern bathroom with its rainfall shower is such a treat after a long day of work.

I found the wheelchair accessible bathrooms to be a bit oversized for my liking.

It was such a relief to find a hotel that thought about the needs of senior guests.

I would have appreciated clearer signage for the hotel amenities to make it easier for the older guests to find their way around the property.

The Sanctuary Hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff went above and beyond, especially Eddie and Maryam. The location was perfect for our theater trip, with TKTS nearby. The room was small but well laid out, typical for NYC. Breakfast was free, but could use some improvement. Would highly recommend this gem near Times Square!

The receptionist was waiting up to check me in at 2am and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was excellent and the lobby area was a good place to wait for transportation back to JFK. a great experience during a challenging situation.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved that it was situated between Times Square and 5th Avenue, giving us easy access to all the attractions in Midtown. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The doorman was especially nice and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations and assist with any needs we had. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning services. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the level of cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping staff. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and even a happy hour. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed, from an in-room safe to a mini-bar. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The rooms are clean and fairly spacious for Manhattan. Enjoy a rooftop bar with good food. A great location near public transportation and Times Square. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast included.

During our recent stay, we found the location of the hotel to be very convenient as it was just a short walk to Times Square. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, like waiting on the sidewalk with us to ensure we didn't miss our show when my daughter's train was delayed. Although the decor might not be everyone's style, the exceptional customer service and ideal location definitely made our trip a memorable one.

We stayed at this place for a weekend and we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, we were able to easily access everything in midtown. We were impressed by the quality of service, the staff could not do enough for us, from the extremely nice and helpful doorman, to the receptionist who made check-in and check-out a breeze. Furthermore, the hotel's amenities were top-notch, we enjoyed the happy hour and we joined a private function on the rooftop bar which was excellent value.

The indoor dining experience was a treat for the taste buds, with the fresh seasonal ingredients used to curate an innovative omakase. It was a mouth-watering culinary adventure that left me wanting more, akin to discovering a hidden gem in a bustling city.

The location of the hotel is perfect for theatre and shopping, close to Times Square, which meant we could walk to SO much! Our room was comfortable, and we loved having two options for dining. Overall I had a great time staying at this hotel and would recommend it.

Close to all the action in Times Square, this hotel has stellar staff who offer great service. The hotel is very close to the subway and right in the center of everything. We loved the extensive minibar, the two fireplaces in the reception area, rooftop bar, and sushi restaurant attached downstairs. The breakfast was of good quality and well run.
